Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or account-related communications.

If 97jl discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted from our systems (subject to any mandatory reporting obligations under Philippine law), and any funds held in the account will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The 97jl platform may from time to time contain references to game providers or payment services operated by third parties. 97jl is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with the 97jl platform, as their data handling practices may differ from ours.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data processed by 97jl in connection with the operation of the 97jl platform at 97jl.club.
