This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by the operator of the 97jl online gaming platform ("97jl," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at 97jl.club. • Direct registration — Information you provide when creating an account, completing KYC verification, or updating your profile;
• Payment transactions — Data generated when you deposit or withdraw funds via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other supported payment methods;
• Platform activity — Gameplay data, betting history, and session activity generated during your use of the platform's games and features;

To respond to your support inquiries via live chat and email; to investigate and resolve account disputes; and to maintain records of support interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.

Where you have provided consent, to send promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications regarding bonuses, new games, and special offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or account-related communications.

To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data for the purpose of improving platform performance, game selection, user interface design, and the overall 97jl player experience. Individual player data used for this purpose is anonymised before analysis where technically feasible.

97jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Binding corporate rules where the recipient is part of the same corporate group as 97jl.

97jl retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 97jl's data destruction procedures. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and research purposes.

97jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform for the purposes described below. A cookie is a small data file stored on your device by your web browser.

• Strictly necessary cookies — Required for the platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled;

If 97jl discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted from our systems (subject to any mandatory reporting obligations under Philippine law), and any funds held in the account will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered on the 97jl platform, please contact our support team immediately.

The 97jl platform may from time to time contain references to game providers or payment services operated by third parties. 97jl is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with the 97jl platform, as their data handling practices may differ from ours.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data processed by 97jl in connection with the operation of the 97jl platform at 97jl.club.

97jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. When material changes are made, we will:
